Returns:
If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven (7) days of the delivery for a refund, less any shipping or transaction costs. Full refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with all packaging and any other materials that were part of the original purchase.

Should an opened product be returned, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged, provided that all the original packaging and all materials are provided with it. Should an opened item be returned without some or all of the original packaging and materials, JLA Online (JLA Branded) reserves the right, at its sole discretion to levy an additional fee.

Goods returned in opened packaging need to be returned in a condition that is fit for resale. Software and consumables can only be returned if they have not been opened.

All products being shipped back to JLA Online (JLA Branded) should be carefully packed in protective materials where necessary. The package should have the order number and return address clearly marked. Should a product be damaged while being shipped to our offices; JLA Online (JLA Branded) will not be liable for the damages. It is recommended to insure any items that you send to us.

Replacement of faulty item:
Products sold by JLA Online (JLA Branded) that are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty, which may vary from 6 months to 1 year depending on the product from the date of order, unless otherwise stated. Some products have longer manufacturer warranties, and we honour these warranties as well.

Should you have a faulty item, contact us and we’ll assist you by providing you with the details for the return process. In this case, the customer will be responsible for arranging delivery of the faulty item back to JLA Online (JLA Branded), but JLA Online (JLA Branded) will cover the return shipping costs back to the customer.

In the unlikely event that a product sold by JLA Online (JLA Branded) is DOA (Dead on arrival) or becomes faulty within 30 days of the delivery date, the product will be replaced and the courier fee will be covered by JLA Online (JLA Branded) for both way shipping costs.

Refunds – Supplied Product:
Please note that JLA Online (JLA Branded) does not offer any cash refunds on items purchased. Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received it, inspect it, and update you on the status of your refund/credit.

If your return is approved, we will initiate an EFT refund into your nominated bank account within three (3) working days of approval less any transaction and courier fees from the original purchase.

Refunds – Stock Issue:
Please note that JLA Online (JLA Branded) does not offer any cash refunds on items purchased. If we are unable to supply an item due to a stock issue, we will notify you accordingly and provide you the option of selecting an alternative product or opting for a refund/credit.

If you opt for a refund, we will initiate an EFT refund into your nominated bank account within three (3) working days of approval less any transaction fees from the original purchase.

Refunds – Downloadable Products:
Please note that JLA Online (JLA Branded) does not offer refunds on any downloadable products purchased.

Exchanges:
We only exchange items if they have a factory defective or damaged. If you need to have an item that you want to exchange, please send us an email to info@jlaonline.co.za

Shipping:
To return your product, you should courier your product to JLA Online.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
