Payment and Refunds
Payment for all goods sold via our website shall be effected in the following manner and is subject to the terms set out below.
Payment options available at Checkout:
- Electronic Fund Transfers (Internet Banking) – allows The Customer to pay us via their own banking means;
- Instant EFT – by Ozow allows The Customer with access to internet banking to make an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) that gets instantly verified;
- Scan & Pay – allows The Customer to scan the QR Code (supplied on your invoice) to pay via their banking app or using MasterPass, SnapScan or Zapper;
- Cash Deposits – will be subject to any Cash Handling Fee the bank applies to the transaction;
- NO cash on collection option is available.
Goods will only be dispatched once payment reflects in our bank account.
Payments for all goods ordered by The Customer shall be effected within 3 days of placing the order, failing which, no deliveries will be effected and the order may be cancelled unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing to email@example.com
Refunds may take up to 10 working days, as per The Seller’s Returns Policy.
