Orders received during normal working hours are usually processed within 2-3 hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed, (any payment delays may affect these lead times).
JLA Online (JLA Branded) typically dispatches orders within 2-3 business days once the order has been receipted (paid), this excludes weekends & public holidays, and is based on receipt of stock from the supplier if the product is not in our warehouse.
We courier nationwide to your door and we do not use the Post Office.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) once your order has been dispatched.
JLA Online (JLA Branded) charges shipping and handling fees for every shipment, unless a special promotion or contract term provides otherwise; such cost includes the freight charged by the carrier, packaging, and handling.
Payment is due before shipment. No item will be shipped without payment being received in our bank account. Proof of Payment can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
We allow a maximum of 3 days to complete order payment. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled.
Courier Delivery Options
Depending on your area, courier delivery times may vary.
- Normal Freight to Major Centres / Local Area’s – collected 14:30 delivery effective within 2 to 3 working days. (default service)
- Normal Freight to Regional Area’s – collected 14:30 delivery effective within 3 to 5 working days. Transit times vary. (default service)
- Overnight Courier to Major Centres – collected by 14:30 delivery effective by 11:00 the next business day. (special arrangement only)
Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier company.
PLEASE NOTE – We cannot ship to certain townships, farms, plots or extreme outlying areas.
Should you choose, your goods can be insured for the value and the description. An insurance policy has been arranged by our insurance brokers, Alchemy Risk Management (Pty) Ltd (FSP Licence No: 3936), which is underwritten by the Hollard Insurance Company. Excess fees are R200 ex vat for goods insured for less than R40 000 inc. VAT and 3% excess for goods over R40 001 to a maximum of R2 000 000 inc. VAT. All insurance related queries which you may have, should be emailed to email@example.com which will be forwarded to Alchemy Risk Management (Pty) Ltd. In the event of a claim you would need to complete a cargo claim form which you may request from firstname.lastname@example.org which will then be forwarded to Alchemy Risk Management for processing.
